We were fixing our fence this past weekend (finally! from Hurricane Ike)...and this little critter appeared on a piece of wood. I'd never seen anything like it before, but thought it looked cool...so i set out to find out what it was. I'm glad i did too...Cause apparently...this little guy kills the lawn! He's called a two-line spittlebug. And i no longer think he's cute. You wont either if you google his name.
